This is Lee Bivens very first oil painting. Titled "Strike Eagle rules" It has been a prized possession of his personal art collection and has been with him since he created it. We are looking for someone else to become owner of caretaker of this extremely rare piece of original art.
Of note: Lee Bivens is a 'lifetime' appointee to the Air Force art program, Pentagon AFAPO. He is officially registered as an Air Force artist and travels with privileges of a full bird Colonel.
